Seasonal RV Sites in Minnesota

A seasonal RV site is your own campsite for the whole camping season. You set up once in spring, leave your RV in place all summer, and come and go as you like. St. Cloud Campground & RV Park has 14 seasonal sites in a quiet country setting just 2 miles east of downtown St. Cloud. With only 14 sites, they fill quickly, so we keep a waiting list.

What Is a Seasonal Campsite?

Seasonal camping means renting the same site for the full season instead of booking night by night. It’s popular with Minnesota campers who want a summer home base: a place to spend weekends, vacations and long stretches without packing up and hauling their RV every time.

Here’s how it compares with our other ways to stay:

Comparison of nightly and weekly stays with seasonal RV sites: nightly stays last a few nights to a week or two, while seasonal sites are yours for the whole season; your RV arrives and leaves with you on nightly stays but stays set up all season on a seasonal site; nightly stays book online, while seasonal sites are by application and waiting list.

If you’d like a longer stay without committing to the whole season, take a look at our monthly RV sites.

Only 14 Seasonal Sites, and a Waiting List

We limit seasonal camping to 14 sites so the rest of the campground stays open for nightly and weekly guests. Seasonal sites fill quickly, so when a site opens up, we go to our waiting list.

The best time to get on the list is fall and winter, when seasonal campers decide on next year’s site.
